Did you do the Ridgeway Walk in 1997 or earlier? If any visitor to this web site took part in any Ridgeway Walks in the distant past (before 1998) and has any anecdotes or photos taken on the walks which they are prepared to share, Alan Smith would be pleased to hear from them. See Contacting Us. In particular, there were four walkers who took part in the first Ridgeway Walk on the 27th October 1962 who are not identified in the Ridgeway Walk records. One was a member of a team of seven from Ealing YHA Group and another was a member of Oxford YHA Group. The other two unidentified walkers started out from Streatley walking towards Marlborough but, unfortunately, had to retire.
